Highlander Direct is a National Transport and Distribution Company, dedicated to providing and offering the best transport and distribution services related to the courier and road freight industry. We move specialised cargo according to the customers requirements and needs.
Highlander Direct was formed in 2014, our main focus was to provide the best, personalised and efficient service throughout South Africa.

Clearing and Forwarding, Packing and Unpacking.

We offer our client’s the option of us assisting them with clearing and forwarding with their Import and Export FCL with the assistance of our various global clearing partners in the various countries and ports across the globe. Our well trained staff personally monitor your shipments 24/7 till it reaches the customer and the empties are returned.

Break Bulk Deliveries.

Break Bulk deliveries requires a unique set of skills and commitment to see through complex transportation needs, with our many years in the breakbulk to courier services, we understand the logistics involved in transporting breakbulk goods, utilising our eco road freight network.

Full Truck Loads.

As a full truck load service provider we are able to assess your individual business needs and match a carrier that can accommodate your shipment deadline in the most cost- effective way possible.

Local and Outlaying Areas

We also service the needs to the medical sectors as well as the pet food manufacturers and distributors. We serve some of the major brands in the Medical Industry. In the pet food sector we provide a service to all the Vetinary clinics Vet shops and breeders.

Milk Run Facilities Offered on our 8 tonners.

In today’s everchanging economy cost savings are needed in every business and at Highlander we are passionate about transport and the relationships we want to build with our clients, that’s the reason for us offering to do multiple drops max 4-5 deliveries to all major centres nationally whereby we charge our clients a dedicated truck rate, rather then sending these huge shipments via courier and paying a per kg rate, we pass this cost saving onto our clients who are the most important aspect in our business.
